On July 9, 2021, President Biden issued a sweeping&nbsp;<a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/presidential-actions/2021/07/09/executive-order-on-promoting-competition-in-the-american-economy/">Executive Order</a>&nbsp;aimed at promoting competition in the American economy.
